How it works

01 — Retained Retained +

Embedded one or two days a week as your senior strategy lead. I join briefs, shape strategic thinking, support client conversations, and provide the backbone your team needs to do its best work.

Typical commitment: 1–2 days per week · 4 week minimum

02 — Project Project +

A defined engagement with clear deliverables — positioning sprint, brand architecture, insight programme, pitch strategy. Scope, timeline, and output agreed upfront.

Typical commitment: 2–8 weeks

03 — Advisory Advisory +

For teams that have strategic resource but want a senior sounding board. I review briefs, challenge assumptions, and help elevate the thinking.

Typical commitment: Flexible · Half a day per month

Senior strategy across agencies and consultancies including 140BBDO, Ne:on, and venturethree — working with brands including Unilever, Coca-Cola, Audi, PwC, Yubi, and Lexus.

Deep grounding in cultural analysis and consumer insight. The kind of thinking that doesn't just answer the brief — it reframes it.

Day rate: £600–£900 depending on engagement type
